When you use our enquiry form, we collect your name, email, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number and company. We also keep the topic, the business you chose, your message and the page you sent it from.

We do not ask for sensitive information. Please do not include it in your message.

Why we collect it

We use your details to read and reply to your enquiry, pass it to the right person within TNK Resources or one of our businesses, and keep a record of our conversation.

We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to.

How we store it

Enquiries are stored in a secure, access-controlled database. Only authorised members of our team can view them. We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to respond and to keep reasonable business records.

Who we share it with

We never sell personal information. We share it only with the TNK business your enquiry relates to, with service providers who help us run this website under confidentiality obligations, or where the law requires it.

Some of our businesses and providers operate in Sri Lanka and the United Arab Emirates. If your enquiry relates to them, your details may be handled there, and we take reasonable steps to protect them.
